A well-organized opening ceremony of Sumbe Hospital in Angola built by CAMCO International (a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company) was performed on September 17, 2008. The former first lady, Vice-minister of Health, Minister of Planning, Minister of Culture, Director of Military rebuilding, and Governor of Kwanza-Sul attended the ceremony. The hospital is another major advance of Angola projects after all the schools we built have been put into use.

The ceremony was succinct but successful. After the Director gave an introduction of the hospital, the officials inspected several buildings and facilities, and commented favorably on our achievements.

Angolan technicians exchanged opinions with our staff who attended the ceremony when it ended. Dondo Health Center and Zaza Health Center will come into service recently after Sumbe Hospital.
